Applications are invited from Indian nationals for various posts in the departments of Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics & Statistics, Chemistry, Physics, Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS). In HSS, the major areas for recruitment are Economics, English & Linguistics, Fine Arts, Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology.:
1. Professor in pay scale : Rs.18400-22400 ,
Qualification: Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD)
Experience: 10 years in teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor/Assistant Professor .
2. Associate Professor in pay scale Rs.16400-20000,
Qualification: Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD)
Experience: 8 years in teaching/ research/ industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor.
3. Assistant Professor in pay scale Rs.12000-18300,
Qualification: Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD)
Experience: 3 years in teaching/ research/ industrial experience.
4. Faculty Associate in pay scale Rs.10000-15200,
Qualification: PhD is desirable however candidates having Master’s Degree may also be considered
Experience: Professional qualification and experience shall carry suitable weight (Faculty Associate is a temporary post for a period not exceeding Five years.)
