Candidates are advised to obtain application forms on payment of Rs.200/- from the in-charge, university enquiry and information centre situated at the university main gate and bring it with them duly filled . Candidates should have passed Punjabi in Matriculation or equivalent examination. Candidates must bring all testimonials in original with attested copies and a recent passport size photograph.
