IGIB is interested in enthusiastic young researchers with proven record of scientific achievements. IGIB provides a unique interdisciplinary environment wherein scientists enjoy a mix of individual freedom and collective scientific support to carry out research of international quality. The Institute plans to induct a cumulative maximum of ten researchers in any of the following areas:
- Scientist-EI Group IV (3) : Pay-Scale: Rs15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay of Rs7600/-, Age limit: 40 years, Qualifications: PhD with 4 (Four) years of postdoctoral experience OR MD with 5 years relevant experience
- Scientist-C Group IV (2) : Pay-Scale: Rs15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-, Age limit: 35 years, Qualifications: PhD with 1 (One) year postdoctoral experience or MD with 2 years relevant experience.
Procedure to Apply : Candidates for Scientist Gr IV post should apply only on ON LINE. Hard copy of the online application and applicaiton in the prescribed proforma for technical posts duly signed with DD and recent passport size photgraph, testimonials and documents, work experience certificates should be sent in a sealed cover superscribed " Application for the post No…… / area of Research ___ " to the Controller of Administration, Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology, University Campus, Mall Road, Delhi – 110007 on or before 26/03/2010.
