- Junior Clerk – 03 Posts, Pay: PB-1 5200-20200 Grade Pay – 1900/-
- Ship Modeling Instructor – 01 Posts, Pay: PB-2 9300-34800 Grade Pay – 4200/-
- Ship Modelling Mechanic – 01 Posts, Pay: PB-2 9300-34800 Grade Pay – 4200/-
- Lascar – 06 Posts, Pay: 1-S 4440-14680, Grade Pay – 1400/-
- Boat Keeper – 02 Posts, Pay: 1-S 4440-14680, Grade Pay – 1300/-
Age Limit: 18 to 32 years age on 01 November 2013. For SC/ST and SEBC – 5 years and 3 years age respectively will be relaxed.
Application Fee: No application shall be considered unless it is accompanied by an Account Payee Bank Draft Rs.100/- in case of UR and SEBC candidates and Rs.75/- for ST & SC candidates drawn in favor of "Establishment Officer, Directorate of Higher Education, Odisha Bhubaneswar" payable at SBI, HOD Branch, Unit-V, Bhubaneswar as application fee.
