Jaduguda invites applications from ITI Qualified persons in various ITI trades for enrolment to Apprenticeship Training under Apprentices Act- 1961 read in conjunction with Apprenticeship Rules 1992. The total number of vacancies is  72.

One Year Training:

  1. Fitter – 23 Posts
  2. Turner / Machinist – 04 Posts
  3. Welder(G&E) – 05 Posts
  4. Electrician – 15 Posts
  5. Auto Electrical – 02 Posts
  6. Instrumentation – 01 Posts
  7. RAC – 01 Posts

Two Year Training:

  1. Plumber – 03 Posts
  2. Pipe Fitter – 06 Posts
  3. Mech.(MV) – 1st Year; Mechanic Diesel – 2nd Years – 10 Posts
  4. FHT(Forger & Heat Treater) – 02 Posts

Age Limit: Maximum 25 years as on 31.03.2013. Relaxation in upper age limits as per Government guidelines for OBC (NCL)/SC/ST candidates.

Stipend: Rs.2100/-, Rs.2400/-, Rs.2800/-, Rs.3100/- per month, depending on period of Apprenticeship training as per Gazette Notification No.497 dated 27.09.2013.

Educational Qualification: Matric/Std. X with a minimum of 50 %( aggregate) marks for UR/OBC (NCL) candidates and 45 %( aggregate) marks for SC/ST candidates & ITI Examination in relevant Trade with aggregate of 60% marks qualified from NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training).

Selection Process: Candidates will be called for interview based on the number of applications received and on merit basis. Preliminary selection is on the basis of marks obtained in Matric & ITI Examination. Candidates placed in the merit list on the basis of marks obtained will be called for interview.
