Within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement (i.e. Last Date is 26/04/2014). Affix a recent passport size photograph on the right top corner of the first page of application and clearly also indicate Fellowship code No applied for, below the photograph. Send a crossed Indian, Postal Order of Rs.10/- drawn in favour of Director (DRDL), along with the application (Candidates belonging to SC/ST and OBC are exempted from this payment). Candidates working in Govt/ examination Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.
