- Group D – 02 Posts, age: 18 to 33 Years as on 01/05/2014, pay: PB-I Grade Rs. 5200-20200+GP 1800/-
Selection Process: Written Test and Viva-Voce Test.
Exam Syllabus -> History of Scouting & Guiding, Law & Promise Organization- District & State Level, Training center, Knowledge of books, Scouting for Boys/ Guiding for Girls in India, Motto, Left hand shake, Salute, Prayer, Flag Song, National Anthem, Know the National & Scouting Flag, Social Service at various occasion, Hiking, Proficiency Badges, How are these are earned?, Stages in Scouting & Guiding, Thinking Day, Progressive Training of Scout/ Guide/ Rover & Ranger, Pioneering, Handicraft, Indian Railway Jamborette, National Jamboree, Jamboree on Air. etc.
Examination Fee: Rs.40/- for General & OBC Candidates. The fee pay through Indian Postal Order only, in favour of 'Sr.DFM, N.Rly, Ambala' payable at Ambala. No fees for SC/ST candidates.
How To Apply: Applications on the prescribed format. Application duly completed in all respect should be Addressed to "Divisional Personnel Officer and sent to the office of Divisional Railway Manager, Northern Railway, Ambala Cantt. (HARYANA)" through ordinary Dak or may be dropped in BOX provided in Personnel Branch, DRM office, Ambala Cantt. Latest by 30/05/2014 during 10:00 to 18:00 Hrs. on working days.
