Invites prescribed format of applications from eligible persons for recruitment of Forest Rangers for filling up 45 Vacancies in the Assam Forest Service under Environment and Forest Department, Assam.
- Forest Ranger – 45 Posts, Age: 21 to 38 Years as on 1st January 2014, Pay: PB-3, Rs. 8000/- to Rs. 35000/- and Grade Pay Rs. 4500/-
Selection Process: Written Examination and Interview.
Applications must be accompanied by –
- Original Treasury Receipt for Rs. 5.00 (Rs. 2.50 for SC/ST candidates) as Application fee and Rs. 50.00/- (Rs. 25.00/- for SC/ST candidates) as Examination fee showing the name of the post and deptt. and also full Head of Account "Non Tax Revenue, OTHER NON TAX REVENUE 0051 PSC, 102 STATE PSC Application/ Examination fee receipt of Assam Public Service Commission". Unemployed candidates need not pay the above mentioned Application fee.
- 2(two) copies of recent passport size photograph duly signed by the candidate.
- Certificate of age issued by respective Boards in HSLC or equivalent examination. (self attested copy)
- Certificates and Marksheets of all educational qualification from HSLC onwards (self attested copies).
- Caste certificate for candidates bellowing to SC/STP/STH/OBC/MOBC from the appropriate authorities. (Self attested copy).
