- Consultant (Accounts), Qualification: CA, Description: Assist in quantitative and qualitative analysis of various industrial sectors. Appraisal of projects including financial analysis, business analysis, making financial model, assessing techno economic viability, credit risk analysis, management appraisal, pre sanction & post sanction due diligence, etc. Asset/Project monitoring, post sanction follow-up, MIS, etc.
- Consultant (Legal), Qualification: LLB, Description: Assist in preparation of financial statements/ Balance Sheet and other financial reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, conforming to accounting principles, practices & procedures. Assist in compliance with all statutory tax requirements. Preparation of various reports to be filed with RBI. Assist in statutory, interna), RBI and other audits. Handle day to day functioning of the accounts and finance functions includinq Bankinq operations.
- Consultant (Finance / Venture Capital Funds), Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance)/CFA, Description: Drafting of legal/security documents, legal due diligence, Title investigation of properties, creation of securities of pledge, mortgages, registration of charges etc. Drafting of legal/show cause/recall/Demand notices; filing of recovery/civil suits, criminal cases, attending to court cases, BIFR and other Forums, Action under SRFA&ESI Act for issue of notice, possession, auction, sale/transfer of properties. Examination of matters pertaining to Banking Laws, Property Laws, SEBI and related laws, Foreign Exchange Regulatons, Company Law etc.
Age Limit: Not more than 30 Years as on 1st July 2014
Pay Scale: Applicants will be offered a CTC of Rs.5 Lakh p.a. (all inclusive).
Experience: Applicants having experience in their own related fields shall be given preference.
