- Senior Technical Officers – 16 Posts, Age: 18 to 35 Years, Pay: PB-III (Rs 15600-39100) with grade pay of Rs. 5400/-
- Technical Assistants – 2 Posts, Age: 18 to 30 Years, Pay: PB-I (Rs.5200¬20200) with grade pay of Rs.2800/-
- Assistant Administrative Officers – 2 Posts, Age: 21 to 30 Years, Pay: PB-II (Rs.9300-34800) with Grade Pay of Rs.4600/
- Stenographers Grade-III – 6 Posts, Age: 18 to 27 Years, Pay: PB-I (Rs.5200¬20200) with grade pay of Rs.2840/-
- Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC) – 1 Posts, Age: 18 to 27 Years, Pay: PB-I (Rs.5200¬20200) with grade pay of Rs.1900/-
Application Fee: A Non-Refundable fee of Rs.500/- (Bank Draft) for the posts of Senior Technical Officer and Assistant Administrative Officer and Rs.300 for other posts (SC/ST/Women and Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted) drawn in favour of Director, NIASM payable at Baramati.

Separate applications and fee should be submitted for each post.
