- Site Engineers (Electrical) – 03 (IBBW Silchar) Pay : ₹ 25000/- pm with annual increment of ₹ 500/- pm
- Junior Engineers (Civil) – 26 (NER(C) Shillong – 10, IBBW Silchar – 10, NER(W) Guwahati – 06) Pay : ₹ 19000/- pm with annual increment of₹ 400/- pm
- Junior Engineers (Electrical) – 05 (IBBW Silchar) Pay : ₹ 19000/- pm with annual increment of₹ 400/- pm
- Senior Associates (Office Support) – 01 (IBBW Silchar) Pay : ₹ 25000/- pm with annual increment of ₹ 500/- pm
- Assistants (Office Support) – 11 (IBBW Silchar – 10, NER(W) Guwahati – 01) Pay : ₹ 15000/- pm with annual increment of ₹ 300/- pm
