Invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Group 'A' (Gazetted) posts of Senior Research Officer and Senior Field Officer to be filled through direct recruitment on the basis of valid GATE marks.
- Senior Research Officer (Crypto) – 6 Posts
- Senior Research Officer (Science and Technology) – 6 Posts
- Senior Field Officer (Telecommunication) – 8 Posts
Pay Scale: PB-3 ₹ 15600-39100 with Grade pay of ₹ 5,400/- for all posts.
Selection Process: The selection for direct recruitment to these posts will be based on the valid GATE marks out of 100 and personal interview carrying 25 marks respectively. A candidate has to secure minimum qualifying marks of 40% in interview.
How to Apply: Applications in the prescribed application format along with all necessary should be addressed to "Post Bag No. 001, Lodhi Road Head Post Office, New Delhi-110003". Candidates applying for more than one post should send separate applications in separate envelopes for each post. The last date for receipt of application is 45 days from date of issue of advertisement in Employment News Paper 23 – 29 April 2016 Issue (i.e. last date may 06/06/2016) and for candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu and Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep is 60 days from date of issue' of advertisement. The envelope should be clearly superscribed as 'APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _____________'.
