- Professor (Electrical Engineering) Class-I (Gazetted) (on regular basis) – 1 Posts, Pay : ₹ 37400 – 67000/- + GP ₹ 10,000/-
- Assistant Professor (Electrical Engineering) Class-I (Gazetted) (on Contract basis) – 2 Posts, Pay : ₹ 10300 – 34800/- + GP ₹ 6000/-
- Commandant / Junior Staff Officer, Class-I (Gazetted) (on Contract basis) in the Department of Home Guards and Civil Defence – 5 Posts, Pay : ₹ 10300 – 34800/- + GP ₹ 6600/-
- Post Graduate Teachers (SPGT), Class-II (Non-Gazetted) (on Contract basis) – 8 Posts, Pay : ₹ 10300 – 34800/- + GP ₹ 4200/-
