Looking for bright, qualified and energetic personnel with brilliant academic record for recruitment of Office Assistant Grade-III (Trainee) for filling up 100 Vacancies.
- Office Assistant Grade-III (Trainee) – 100 (Female – 33, PWD – 03) Posts, Age: 21 to 32 Years i.e. he / she must not have been born earlier than 2nd January, 1984, and not later than 1st January, 1995. Age Relaxation 05 Years for SC, ST, SEBC and Women and 10 Years for PWD. Emoluments: Office Assistant Grade-III (Trainee) shall be paid a consolidated stipend of ₹ 8,000/- per month during the period of training (01 Year). On successful completion of the training, the candidates will be appointed as Office Assistant Grade-III in Skilled-A Category in the unified cadre on probation for a period of 01 year in the Scale of Pay of ₹ 5200- 20,200/- plus Grade Pay ₹ 2830/- with other allowances as per OPTCL Regulations.
Selection Process: Computer Based Test (CBT) and Skill Test (Practical) in Computer Application. Eligible candidates will be called for Computer Based Test comprising Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from English (30%), Computer Application (15%), Mathematics (15%), Reasoning & Mental Ability (20%) and General Awareness (20%). The CBT will be of Three (3) hours duration. The Candidates who qualify in CBT and be shortlisted will be called for Skill Test in Computer Application in prescribed criteria.
Application Fee: A Non-refundable fee of ₹ 500/- for UR and SEBC Candidates; ₹ 250/- for SC / ST / PWD Category Candidates. OPTCL departmental candidates are exempted from payment of this fee. The Candidates shall be required to make the payment of fees while filling up online application either in on-line payment mode (using Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking) or in off-line payment mode (ICICI Bank Challan).
