Application Fee: Rs.250/- for the posts of Operator cum Technician, Rs.150/- for the posts of Attendant cum Technician Trainee and Rs.500/- for the Medical posts (No fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates) of Medical to be paid in State Bank of India through a payment challan.
