Invites applications from Male and Female candidates belonging to state of Jammu & Kashmir for recruitment to the post of Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) on temporary basis likely to be permanent.
- Constable (General Duty) (Female Only) for the Year 2015-16 – 206 (Expected) Posts
- Constable (General Duty) (Male and Female) for the Year 2016-17 of J&K State – 1000 (Male – 903, Female – 97) Posts
Selection Process: Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Written Test
How to Apply: Candidates who fulfill the above physical and medical standards should personally appear at the PST& PET centre designated in respect of their Districts from 24/08/2016 to 02/09/2016 for registration of their applications. The candidates while reporting at the PST & PET centres will bring along with them a duly filled Application form as per the prescribed format. The application form should be typed or neatly hand written on one side only in full scape plain paper with passport size photographs affixing on applications duly attested by a Gazetted Officer with seal. The application forms should be enclosed with the following documents:-
a) Candidates are requested to fill up the application form in Hindi or English language.
b) Attested copies of certificate/testimonial as proof of Educational qualification and age/date of birth.
c) Attested copy of caste/category certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates given by an officer not below Tehsildar or SDO/SDM etc.
d) Attested copy of Domicile certificate, ADHAR Number, Voter ID card & Ration card etc issued by an officer not below Tehsildar or SDO/SDM etc.
e) A form for issue of Admit card will also be filled in and submitted along with Passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted Officer with seal as per Annexure-ll (Check out official notice) along with the application form.
