  1. Security Officer, Pay: ₹ 9300-34800 with GP of ₹ 5400/-
  2. Senior Technical Assistant (Mechanical Engineering), Pay: ₹ 9300-34800 with GP of ₹ 4280/-
  3. Assistant Training & Placement Officer, Pay: ₹ 9300-34800 with GP of ₹ 4280/-
  4. Stores Officer, Pay: ₹ 9300-34800 with GP of ₹ 4280/-
  5. Technical Assistant (Electronics & Communication Engineering), Pay: ₹ 9300-34800 with GP of ₹ 4220/-
  6. Laboratory Assistant (Electronics & Communication Engineering), Pay: ₹ 5200-20200 with GP ₹ 2800/-
  7. Laboratory Assistant (Mechanical Engineering), Pay: ₹ 5200-20200 with GP ₹ 2800/-
  8. Laboratory Assistant (Energy Management), Pay: ₹ 5200-20200 with GP ₹ 2800/-
  9. Laboratory Assistant (Computer Science & Engineering), Pay: ₹ 5200-20200 with GP ₹ 2800/-
  10. Physical Instructor/Sports Coach ( Female), Pay: ₹ 5200-20200 with GP of ₹ 2800/-
  11. Workshop Attendant, Pay: ₹ 4440-7440 with GP of ₹ 1300/-
  12. Helper (Carpenter/ Mali), Pay: ₹ 4440-7440 with GP of ₹ 1300/-
  13. Junior Assistant, Pay: ₹ 10,000/- per month

    
Application Fee: ₹ 500/- (for Workshop Attendant and Helper positions) shall have to deposit a DD for ₹ 500/- drawn in favour of The Registrar, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Kakryal. ₹ 500/- (for all other posts) to be paid online.

Selection Process: The shortlisted candidates shall have to appear in an Entrance Test and/or Skill Test. Those who qualify the Entrance Exam shall have to appear before the Selection committee for a Personal interview.

How to Apply: Candidates need to apply online (except for positions at Workshop Attendant and Helper) on the prescribed format). All applicants must take a print out of the online/ off-line application form, as applicable, dully filled and self-attested, and send the same along with enclosures should be addressed to The Registrar, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Kakryal -182 320, Katra (J&K) by Speed post only. The Last date for submission of application form complete in all respects is 19/10/2016. The Separate application should be submitted for each post applied for.
