- Junior Assistant (Divisional Level) – 84 Posts, Pay: Pay Band-2 ₹ 5200/- – to ₹ 20200/- with grade Pay of ₹2200/- P.M. plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules
- Junior Assistant (Directorate Level) – 67 Posts, Pay: Pay Band-2 ₹ 5200/- – to ₹ 20200/- with grade Pay of ₹ 2400/- P.M. plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules
- Forest Guard – 525 Posts, Pay: Pay Band-2: ₹ 5200 – to ₹ 20200/ -with Grade Pay of ₹ 2200/-P.M. plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules
- Draftsman (GIS Expert) – 7 Posts, Pay: Pay Band-2 ₹ 5200/- to ₹ 20200/- with grade Pay of ₹2700/- P.M. plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules
- Surveyor (GIS Analysist) – 25 Posts, Pay: Pay Band-2 ₹ 5200/- to ₹ 20200/- with grade Pay of ₹ 2400/- P.M. plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules
- Carpenter – 1 Post, Pay: Pay Band-2 ₹ 5200/- to ₹ 20200/- with grade Pay of ₹ 2100/- P.M. plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules
- Electric Mistry – 1 Post, Pay: Pay Band-1 ₹ 4560/- to ₹ 15000/- with grade Pay of ₹ 1800/- P.M. plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules
Selection Process: Written Test, Computer Eligibility Test and Typing Test.
Application Fee: ₹ 250/- for General Candidates, ₹ 150/- for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates, and NIL for BPL (certificate holders only) candidates. If an applicant wants to submit a physical application form it should be delivered only by post to the office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Head of Forest Force, Assam, Aranya Bhawan, Panjabari, Guwahati -781037 on or before 31/01/2017.
