- Deputy Librarian – 1 Post, Age: Below 50 years, Pay: PB3; ₹ 15600 – 39100/-, Grade Pay: ₹ 8000/-
- Junior Technical Superintendent – 1 Post, Age: Below 30 years, Pay: PB2; ₹ 9300 – 34800/-, Grade Pay: ₹ 4200/-
- Technical Officer Grade – II – 2 Posts, Age: Below 35 years, Pay: PB3: ₹ 15600 – 39100/-, Grade Pay: ₹ 5400/-
- Students' Counsellor – 2 Posts, Age: Below 50 years, Pay: PB3: ₹ 15600 – 39100/-, Grade Pay: ₹ 5400/-
Application Fee:
(a) For Junior Technical Superintendent Post – ₹ 300/- (for General/ OBC candidates) and ₹ 150/- (for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
(b) For all other Posts – ₹ 500/- (for General/ OBC candidates) and ₹ 250/- (for SC/ST/PwD candidates).

How to Apply: Eligible Interested Persons Apply Online through IIT Guwahati Website. The last date for submission of online applications up to 19/05/2017 till 5 PM. After applying online, the candidates are advised to take print out of the application form. A copy of the same along with the self attested photocopies of the testimonials regarding qualification and experience may be sent to the Registrar, IIT Guwahati, Guwahati – 781 039 which should reach the Institute latest by 31/05/2017.
