How to Apply: Eligible Candidates may submit their application as per prescribed format fill up all the columns in their own hand writing in block capital letters. One extra passport size photographs duly self attested should be affixed with the application. Application form Part-I & II should be sent by “Registered post” or “speed post” duly enclosing two self-addressed envelope of size 28 cm x 12 cm affixed with postal stamp of ₹ 60/-. Application form should be sent to Officer Commanding 486 Coy ASC (Sup) Type ‘B’ PIN 905 486, C/o 56 APO within 21 days including Sundays and Holidays from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News (i.e. Last date will be 15/12/2017). The envelope carrying the application form should clearly be marked, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF _____” on the top of envelope while sending the application form. One applicant can apply either for Chowkidar OR Cook OR for Carpenter.
