HEC is going for recruitment of 117 Nos. of Executive Trainees (Technical/ Finance/ HR):
- Executive Trainee (Technical) : 107 posts, Qualification : 4 years full time recognised degree in Engineering/ Technology, Age : 29 years
- Executive Trainee (Finance) : 05 posts, Qualification : CA/ICWA, Age : 29 years
- Executive Trainee (HR) : 05 posts, Qualification : MBA (HR), PGDHRM or PG in Social Work with specialization in HR/ Industrial relations/ Personnel Management, Age : 29 years
Selection : Selection will be based on the written test all India level followed by personal Interview.
Relaxation in age and reservation to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH category shall be admissible as per the Government directives.
Application Fee : Rs.500/- through Demand Draft in favor of M/s Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited on any Nationalized Bank and payable at Ranchi.
