Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has released a notification (No: 01/2023) for the recruitment of experienced professionals for General Manager positions in various departments. The online registration for SECI Jobs 2023 is open from 15th November 2023 to 14th December 2023. Here are the details:

- General Manager (Renewable) – 01 post (Reserved for General)
- General Manager (New Technology) – 01 post (Reserved for General)
- General Manager (Contracts & Procurement) – 01 post (Reserved for General)
- General Manager (HR & Administration) – 01 post (Reserved for OBC)
SECI Recruitment 2023 Salary: The pay scale for SECI General Manager is E-8 Grade, ₹120,000-280,000/- (IDA).
Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualifications:
General Manager (Renewable):
- Engineering Graduate preferably in Electrical/ Solar/ Power Engineering/ Power Systems Engineering / Energy Engineering/ Renewable Energy Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Desirable – Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management.
General Manager (New Technology):
- Engineering Graduate preferably in Electrical/ Chemical/ Solar/ Power Engineering/ Energy Engineering/ Renewable Energy Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Desirable – 02 years Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management.
General Manager (Contracts & Procurement):
- Engineering Graduate preferably in Electrical/ Solar/ Power Engineering/ Power Systems Engineering / Energy Engineering/ Renewable Energy Engineering from a recognized University/Institute. (OR) Two years MBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Material Management/ Supply Chain Management / Logistic Management with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized Institute / University.
- Desirable – Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management.
General Manager (HR & Administration):
- Degree in any Discipline.
- Two years Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration / Business Management with Specialization in Personnel Management / HRM / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare with 60% marks from a recognized Institute/ University (OR) Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of a minimum two-year duration in Personnel Management / Industrial Relation / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration / Labour Studies with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized Institute/ University.
- Masters / Graduate Degree in Law is desirable.
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 19 years of post-qualification executive experience.
Age Limit: Not more than 50 years as of the closing date. Age relaxation as per rules.
Selection Process: Selection will be based on the Interview.

- SC/ST/PwD and internal candidates are exempted from payment of fees.
