- Technical Manager – 01 Posts, Qualification: 1st Class M Tech in Microwave Engineering/ B Tech/B E in Electronics & Communication Engineering. 6 years post qualification experience.
- Electrical Engineer – 01 Posts, Qualification: 1st Class B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering. 2 years post qualification experience.
- Electronics Engineer – 02 Posts, Qualification: 1st Class B Tech/B E in Electronics & Communication Engineering. 2 years post qualification experience in the field of design & development.
- Executive(Material Management) – 02 Posts, Qualification: 1st Class B Tech/B E in Electronics & Communication Engineering. 2 years post qualification experience in the field of material management.
- Technical Officer – 01 Posts, Qualification: 1st Class M Sc in Physics/ Chemistry/ Material Science. 2 years post qualification experience to care R&D facilities in Solar photovoltaic, Crystal Growth/ Production of CZT.
- Mechanical Engineer – 01 Posts, Qualification: 1st Class B Tech/B E in Mechanical Engineering. 2 years post qualification experience in production engineering, machine designing, knowledge of CAD/CAM.
- Officer (HR) – 01 Posts, Qualification: 1st Class full time master degree in PM&IR/ MSW/ MBA(HR). 2 years post qualification experience as an executive conversant with HR management, Personnel functions, Industrial relation and general administration.
- Executive (IT) – 01 Posts, Qualification: 1st Class B Tech in Computer Science/MCA. 2 years post qualification experience of system designing & development and programming in multi-user environment.
