ANDAMAN & NICOBAR ADMINISTRATION

Applications are invited from eligible candidates, who possess the requisite qualifications, for filling up the following vacant posts on regular basis in the Directorate of Transport, A & N Administration, Port Blair :-

  1. Electrician Gr A – 01(UR) Posts, Pay: PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + G P-Rs. 2400 
  2. Electrician Gr B – 01(UR) Posts, Pay: PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + G P-Rs. 1900 
  3. Motor Mechanic – 02 (UR), 01 (OBC) , Pay: PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + G P-Rs. 1900
  4. Assistant Mechanic – 02 (UR), 01 (OBC), Pay: PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + G P-Rs. 1800 
  5. Welder – 01 (UR) Posts, Pay: PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + G P-Rs. 1900
  6. Battery Fitter – 01(UR) Posts, Pay: PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + G P-Rs. 1900
  7. Painter – 02(UR) & 01 (OBC) Posts, Pay: PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + G P-Rs. 1800 
  8. Cleaner – 02(UR) & 01 (OBC) Posts, Pay: PB-I Rs.5200-20200 + G P-Rs. 1800 

How to Apply: The candidates eligible for the posts are required to apply in the prescribed proforma together with attested copies of educational qualification, age proof, live employment registration card, category certificate and other testimonials and submit their applications addressed to the Deputy Director (Admn.), Directorate of Transport Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Port Blair and should reach this Office latest by 27.12.2013 

The date / venue of Trade Test & Interview will be published in the Daily Telegrams and announced through All India Radio, Port Blair. No individual call letters will be sent to the candidates.
