Prescribed application forms are available in the office of the School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada Sy.No. 71/1, NH – 5, Nidamanuru, Vijayawada – 521 104 Andhra Pradesh, India and will be made available on payment of Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty only) (non refundable) by demand draft drawn in favour of "School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada" payable at Vijayawada, either personally or on written request accompanied by a self-addressed envelope of size 30cm.x 15cm. No fee for SC/ST/PH category candidates.
