1. Professor – Pay: Rs.37400-67000 grade pay Rs. 10500
   
2. Associate Professor  – Pay: Rs.37400-6700 grade pay Rs. 9500
   
3. Assistant Professor  – Pay: Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 8000 (after 3 years will be placed in Rs.37400-67000  grade pay Rs. 9000
   
4. System Manager / Sr. System Programmer – Pay: Rs.37400-67000 grade pay Rs. 10500
   
5. Sr. System Programmer/ System Manager – Pay: Rs.37400-67000 grade pay Rs. 9500 
   
6. Sr. Programmer / System Programmer – Pay: Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 8000 (after 3 years will be placed in Rs.37400-67000  grade pay Rs. 9000)
   
7. Junior Programmer – Pay: Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 8000 (after 3 years will be placed in Rs.37400-67000  grade pay Rs. 9000
