Application Fee : Rs.750/-(Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) for all candidates.
How To Apply: Filled in and signed application form affixing recent passport size photograph duly attested by a Gazatted Officer along with the following documents should reach ‘The Director, Regional Cancer Centre, Medical College P.O.,Thiruvananthapuram–695011, Kerala, India’ by Registered/Speed Post only latest by 3.30 p.m. on 31/12/2013.

b. Self attested copies of the following
- Proof of age, qualifications & experience
- Equivalency certificate from the Kerala University/DME Kerala (as the case may be) for those who have had Degree/Diploma from the Universities/Boards outside Kerala.
- Copy of caste certificate from the revenue authorities concerned in case of candidates claiming age relaxation.
