The appointments will be made on the contractual basis, initially for 02 years which can be extended upto 03 years. The vacancy position in various departments is as given below:- 

  1. Professor – 03 Posts, Pay: Rs. 1,05,000/- p.m. fixed 
  2. Associate Professor – 03 Posts, Pay: Rs. 85,000/- p.m. fixed 
  3. Assistant Professor – 12 Posts, Pay: Rs. 48,000/- p.m. fixed 

Walk-In interview: In order to strengthen the faculty position for P.G. courses a Walk-In-Interview will be held on 29th JANUARY 2014 from 10.30 AM onwards, in the Office of The SECRETARY, MEDICAL EDUCATION, GOVT. OF UTTARAKHAND, the Secretariat, Subash Road, Dehradun (Uttarakhand). Candidate must bring their resume along with original MBBS & MD & DM/M.Ch. degree (for Super Specialty), Medical Council Registration certificate and Undergraduate teaching certificate during MD/MS course and 2 sets of photocopies thereof. Two recent passport size color photographs are needed at the time of interview.
