Invites prescribed format of applications from Indian National Candidates (Male and Female) (including a subject of Nepal & Bhutan) for filling up total 52 vacancies of following temporary posts on temporary basis likely to be permanent.
- Head Constable (Master) – 06 Posts, Age: Between 18 to 25 years, Pay: Band -I, Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
- Head Constable (Workshop) – 01 Posts, Age: Between 18 to 25 years, Pay: Band -I, Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
- Head Constable (Engine Driver) – 06 Posts, Age: Between 18 to 25 years, Pay: Band -I, Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- per month.
- Constable (Workshop) – 04 Posts, Age: Between 18 to 23 years, Pay: Band -I, Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- per month.
- Constable (Crew) – 37 Posts, Age: Between 18 to 23 years, Pay: Band -I, Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2000/- per month.
How To Apply: The application, either type written or neatly hand written in ink/ball pen, on one side only on full size plain paper with passport size photographs affixed on application should be sent along with application fee, and enclosures to “The Inspector General, North-East Frontier ITBP, At Post- Old Secretariat Building, Cantt Area, G.S. Road, Shillong (Meghalaya) Pin code- 793001”. The last date for receipt of applications is 31/03/2014 for all States except for Assam, Meghalaya. Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur. Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul-Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh. Andaman & NJcobar Islands and Lakshadweep for which last date is 07/04/2014.
