Power Grid invites applications from candidates for recruitment of below posts purely temporary on contract basis for a period of two years or till the completion of project, whichever is earlier.
- Field Supervisors – Civil – 06 (UR-03, OBC(NCL)-01, ST-02) Posts
- Field Supervisors – Electrical – 08 (UR-06, ST-02) Posts
Age Limit: 29 Years as on 21/07/2014.
Selection Process: Personal Interview (In case applicants are large in number, screening test may be conducted). If conducted, the Screening test shall be of Objective Type (Each question having four multiple choice answer options) of one hour duration consisting of two parts.Part-I with 50 questions having specific questions from your discipline.Part-II consists of 25 questions on vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability, data sufficiency, numerical ability etc. The Screening Test shall be held at Ranchi (Jharkhand State).
Application Fee: A Non-refundable fee of Rs.100/- is to be paid in form of A/C Payee Demand Draft in favour of "POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD." Payable at PATNA (preferably drawn on State Bank of India). Application fee is not refundable for any reason whatsoever. No fee for SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen candidates.
