Invites applications from eligible local candidates for recruitment of Sub-Inspector on temporary regular basis.
- Sub-Inspector (SI) – 23 Posts, Age: 18 to 25 Years as on 1st August 2014, Pay: PB-2 of Rs.9300-34800 plus grade pay of Rs.3800/-
Discipline wise Vacancies:
- 05 – Sub-Inspector (Civil Police) for male & female candidates;
- 16 – posts of Sub-Inspector (Armed Police) for male candidate;
- 02 – posts are reserved for Departmental candidates of Police Department.
Selection Process: Preliminary Examination, Physical Endurance cum Physical Efficiency Test, Written Main Examination and Viva-Voce.
How To Apply: Application form can be downloaded from official website along with photo copies of documents submitted in the office of the Superintendent of Police in their respective districts along with original Bank Receipt of State Bank of Sikkim, for Rs. 150/- credited to '0051-SPSC'. The Last date for submission of filled-in application form is 20/09/2014.
