Invites application from young and motivated candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under various Projects.
- JRF – Optimizing parameters from multiple sensors for biomass estimation at ICES at Glass footprint using different regression algorithms – 01 Posts
- JRF – DMS (R&D) Project titled "Remote Sensing, ground observations and integrated modeling based Early Warning System (EWS) for climatic extremes of North West Himalayan region", – 01 Posts
Fellowship & Duration: JRFs will be paid an amount of Rs.18,000/- per month as fellowship in the Project where "Essential Qualification" is M. Tech. and candidate is having M. Tech. degree. Other JRFs will be paid Rs.16,000/- per month. All JRFs will be paid contingent grant of Rs.3,000/- per annum D.A. is not admissible. However, they will be eligible for H.R.A. as per the rules of Government. For this purpose, the fellowship amount will be taken as basic pay. JRFs will be allowed to avail the CHSS (Medical) facility for self only. DA, CCA, Bonus, LTC, retirement benefits, etc. are not admissible.
Selection Process: Shortlisted Candidates will be called for Interview.
