Application Fee: A Demand Draft (DD) of ₹ 500/- (For Medical Posts) and Rs.300/- (for Non-Medical Posts) drawn in favour of Tata Memorial Centre, Parel, Mumbai – 400012 by Post. Candidates may pay the said amount by using Debit Card /Credit Card. SC/ ST / Female candidates / Persons with disabilities / Ex-servicemen are exempted from paying application fees.
How To Apply: Eligible Candidates should be Apply Online on or before 03/07/2015 up to 5:30 PM. The candidates must submit a recent passport size photograph, attested copies of all certificates regarding Date of Birth, Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificates Caste Certificate, Physically Handicapped Certificate etc. along with the copy of online application form should be reach to the H.R.D.
