Application Fee: The applicants Shall submit application form along with ₹ 500/- D.D. (non refundable) in the name of The Director, Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences, Shimoga. The desiring candidates can send filled application forms with D.D. the required documents should be reached through registered post or by hand to the office of CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, SHIMOGA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, SAGAR ROAD, SHIMOGA-577201 by 20/07/2015.
