- Professor – 01 (Electronics Engineering) Post, Pay: PB-4, ₹ 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP ₹ 10,000/- + Other allowances as admissible to DIAT (DU) employees
- Associate Professor – 01 (Applied Chemistry) Post, Pay: PB-4, ₹ 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP ₹ 9,000/- + Other allowances as admissible to DIAT (DU) employees
- Assistant Professor – 04 (Mechanical Engineering – 01, Materials Engineering – 01, Aerospace Engineering – 01, Electronics Engineering – 01) Posts, Pay: PB-3, ₹ 15,600 – 39,100 + AGP ₹ 6,000/- + Other allowances as admissible to DIAT (DU) employees
Selection Process: Interview.
