Will hold the West Bengal Audit and Accounts Service Recruitment Examination, 2016 on the results of which recruitment will be made to the posts in the West Bengal Audit and Accounts Service.
- West Bengal Audit and Accounts Service Recruitment Examination, 2016 – 120 vacancies, Age: Not more than 32 years as on 01.01.2016 (i.e. born not earlier than 2nd January, 1984), Pay: (PB-4A) ₹ 15,600/- to 42,000/- + G.P. ₹ 5,400/-
Application Fee: ₹ 210/- only + Service Charge 1% of Examination Fee subject to a minimum of ₹ 5/- only for online payment through debit/ credit card plus 12.36% of service charge as Govt. Duty or Service Charge of ₹ 5/- only for Net Banking or Service Charge of ₹ 20/- only for payment through Bank Counter (off-line payment). SC/ST candidates of West Bengal and Persons with disabilities (PWD) having physical disability of 40% and above are not required to pay any fee.
Selection Process: Preliminary Examination (Objective Type), Main Examination (Conventional Type) and Personality Test. The Preliminary Examination will be held at various centres in Kolkata and Darjeeling in July 2016.
How to Apply: Eligible Candidates have to first go for "One Time Registration", after submitting One Time Registration, candidates are required to apply West Bengal Audit and Accounts Service Exam – Online Application from 26th April 2016 to 17/05/2016 up to Midnight.
