- Scientist (Trainee) – 1 Post, Age: 26 years, Pay: Stipend of ₹ 15,000/- per month during the training period of one year. On successful completion of training Scientist "C" in the pay band of ₹ 15600-39100+GP ₹ 5400/-
- Technician (Accelerator Operator) – 1 Post, Age: 28 years, Pay: ₹ 5200 -20200+ G.P. ₹ 2400/-
- Senior Assistant – 1 Post, Age: 30 years, Pay: ₹ 9300-34800 + G.P. ₹ 4200/-
- Assistant – 1 Post, Age: 18 – 27 Years, Pay: ₹ 5200-20200 + G.P. ₹ 2400/-
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC) – 1 Post, Age: 18 – 27 Years, Pay: ₹ 5200-20200 + G.P. ₹ 1900/-
