DGM-HR-MT/SO –2016
- Management Trainees (Technical) – 22 (Chemical – 08, Mechanical – 04, Instrumentation – 03, Civil – 05, Fire and Safety – 02) Posts, Age: 26 years (born on or after 1.8.1990), Pay: Stipend ₹ 30,000/- per month / ₹ 35,000/- per month (for Assistant Manager Designate post), After successful completion 01 year training, the pay scale is E2 grade of pay ₹ 20600 – 46500/-
- Officer (Sales) – 8 Posts, Age: 26 years (born on or after 1.8.1990), Pay: E0 grade of ₹ 12600-32500/-
DGM-HR-TP-2016:
- Technician (Process) – 45 Posts, Age: 35 years (born on or after 1.8.1981), Pay: Stipend – ₹ 16,000/- during the 1st year and ₹ 17,000/-during the 2nd year.After successful completion of training, the pay scale of ₹ 9,250 – 32,000 (wage group XVIII)
Selection Process: For MT, Officer (Sales) Posts – Online test, Group discussion and Interview. For Technician Post – Online Test (Computer based test) Only.
Application Fee: Unreserved and OBC (creamy and non-creamy layer) candidates are require to pay application fee of ₹ 1000/- (excluding bank charges) for MT, Officer (Sales) Posts; ₹ 500/- (excluding bank charges for online payment) for Technician (Process) Post. No fee for SC, ST, ex- FACT school staff (Technician Post Only) and PWD Candidates.
