Selection Process:

(a) Personal Interview Only for HR-1 to HR-6 Posts. the candidates will be required to attend Personal Interview before the Corporation's Selection Board.
(b) Written Test or Skill test or both will be conducted for HR-7 to HR-14 Posts.

Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹ 500/- (for HR-1 to HR-6 Posts) / ₹ 250/- (for HR-7 to HR-14 Posts). The fee in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of ALIMCO, payable at Kanpur. No fee for SC / ST / PWD Category Candidates.
