- Scientist E : 03 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 37400-67000 GP Rs. 8700
- Scientist D : 02 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 GP Rs. 7600
- Scientist C/B : 04 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100 GP Rs. 6600/5400
