Invites Online applications for direct recruitment of Constables (Male / Female) in Punjab police Academcy, Phillauru / Police Recruits Training Centre, Jahan Khelan (Hoshiarpur).
- Constables (Male / Female) – 73 Posts, Age: 18 to 28 Years as on 01/01/2016 (Age Relaxation as per Rules), Pay: ₹ 10300 – 34800 + Grade Pay ₹ 3200/- and other allowances as admissible
Selection Process: The selection for candidates of all categories shall be on the basis of percentage marks obtained in the 10+2 examination tempered with weightage for certain special additional desirable qualifications that the candidates successfully clears the Substance Abuse (Drug Addiction) Test (Male only), Physical Screening Test and Screening for Minimum Height.
Application Fee: For General category candidates – ₹ 400/-; For SC/ ST/ BC candidates – ₹ 100/-; For Ex-Servicemen candidates – No Fee. The fee can be deposited through Online or Offline Mode.
How to Apply: Eligible Interested candidates shall be Apply Online through Punjab Police Recruitment Portal on or before closing date 12/11/2016. The candidates are advised to submit only One Online Application for the post of Constable.
