Invites applications from eligible candidates for vacant posts :
- Professor – 1 Posts, Age : Below 65 Years, Pay : ₹ 37,400-67,000/- (PB-4) plus Academic Grade Pay of ₹ 10,000/-
- Research Officer – 1 Posts, Age : Not exceeding 35 Years, Pay : ₹ 15,600-39,100/- (PB-3) plus Grade Pay of ₹ 5,400/-
- Stenographer Grade-II – 1 Posts, Age : Between 18-27 Years, Pay : ₹ 5,200-20,200/- (PB-1) plus Grade Pay of ₹ 2,400/-
Application Fee: No application fee is required to be submitted at the time of submission of application. Only those applicants who are short-listed for interview will be required to submit application fee in the form of Crossed Demand Draft only in favour of Registrar, Tezpur University, payable at Tezpur University Branch of SBI, at the time of appearing for the interview in due course of time as below:-
(a) ₹ 500/- (₹ 250/- from SC/ST; Nil from PWD) for the post of Professor
(b) ₹ 200/- (₹ 100/- from SC/ST; Nil from PWD) for the posts of Research Officer and Stenographer Grade-II
How to Apply : Interested and eligible candidates may submit their applications in the prescribed Format. The filled in application shall be submitted to The Registrar, Tezpur University, P.O. Napaam, Dist. Sonitpur, PIN-784028, so as to reach on or before the last date. The envelope containing application should be superscribed as: "Application against Advt. No. ____ /2017 for the post of ______ (name under Dr. Ambedkar Chair". The Last date for receipt of filled-in application is 24/02/2017.
