Invites applications for engagement of Act Apprentices under Apprentice Act, 1961 for the year 2016-17 in Wagon Repair, Jhansi and Rail Spring Karkhana Sithauli North Central Railway. 

Wagon Repair Workshop, Jhansi Vacancies:

  1. Fitter – 195 Posts
  2. Welder (Gas & Electric) – 102 Posts
  3. Mechanic Machine & Tool Maintenance – 19 Posts
  4. Machinist – 17 Posts
  5. Painter – 32 Posts
  6. Crane Operator – 4 Posts
  7. Electrician – 17 Posts
  8. Programming & System Administration Assistant (COPA) – 2 Posts

Rail Spring Karkhana Sithauli Vacancies:

  • M.M.T.M. – 25 Posts

Application Fee:

  1. A bank draft of ₹ 100/- in favour of WAO, NCR, Jhansi and payable at Jhansi. The application fee may be sent with the printout of application by ordinary/ registered/ speed post. The SC.ST, Physically handicapped and Women candidates are relaxed from application fee.
  2. A portal fee of Rs 70/- (Seventy Rupees) will compulsorily be paid online by all candidates.

Selection Process: The selection of Act Apprentice for training will be done on the basis of merit list prepared from the candidates who have applied and eligible in reference to the notification. There will be no Written Examination or Interview / Oral Exam.

How to Apply: Eligible Willing Candidates may register Online Application through MP Online Portal from 15/02/2017. The last date for submission of online applications is 17/03/2017.
