- Scientist ‘F’ – 1 Post, Age: 50 Years, Pay: Basic pay ₹ 1,31,100/- with Level 13A as per 7th CPC, Pay Scale: Electronics Engg./ Electronics & Communication Engg./ Telecommunication Engg./ Instrumentation Engg./ Electronics & Radio Engg.
- Scientist ‘E’ – 1 Post, Age: 45 Years, Pay: Basic pay ₹ 1,18,500/- with Level 13 as per 7th CPC, Pay Scale: Electronics Engg./ Electronics & Communication Engg./ Telecommunication Engg./ Instrumentation Engg./ Electronics & Radio Engg.
Application Fee: ₹ 100/- shall be paid online. No fee is payable by SC/ ST/ PH/ Women Candidates.
