Invites online applications from unmarried male candidates for enrolment as Sailor for Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR) & Artificer Apprentice (AA) in August 2019 Batch and Matric Recruit (MR) in October 2019 Batch.
- Sailors for Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR) – 2500 Posts, Age: Born between 01 August 1998 to 31 July 2002
- Sailors for Artificer Apprentice (AA) – 500 Posts, Age: Born between 01 August 1999 to 31 July 2002
- Sailors for Matric Recruit (MR) – 400 Posts, Age: Born between 01 October 1998 to 30 September 2002
Pay and Allowances: During training period, a stipend of ₹ 14,600/- per month. On successful completion of initial training, they will be placed in Level 3 of the Defence Pay Matrix (₹ 21,700 – ₹ 69,100)
Selection Process: Computer based Examination (100 Marks), Qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examination.
Examination Fee: ₹ 205/- paid through online mode only by using net banking or by using Visa/ Master/ RuPay Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI. There is no fee for SC / ST Category candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply online only through Join Indian Navy official website from 14th December 2018. The last date for submission of online applications is 30/12/2018.
