- Commandant (Engineer) – 4 Posts, Pay: Level 13, Place of posting: Guwahati / Jammu / Hyderabad / Kolkata
- Deputy Commandant (Engineer) – 11 Posts, Pay: Level 11, Place of posting: All India Liability
- Assistant Commandant (Engineer) – 24 Posts, Pay: Level 10, Place of posting: All India Liability
