- Junior Officer : 100 vacancies on contract basis, Age : 21-30 years, Qualification : A degree in any discipline from a recognized university, proficiency in data entry / computer applications is preferred, Payment : ₹16000/- per month for first 12 months. In case of renewal of contract, then the consolidated compensation will be ₹18000/- per month for the 2nd year and ₹21000/- per month for the 3rd year.
- Senior Manager : 10 vacancies on contract basis, Age : 62 years, Qualification : Retired officers of Banks/Financial Institutions, Payment : A consolidated monthly remuneration of ₹35000/- with an annual increase of ₹5000/-
- Manager : 30 vacancies on regular basis , Age : 25-35 years, Qualification : Any Graduate from a reputed University / Institute with minimum 60% marks can apply. Preference will be given for additional professional qualification, Pay Scale : Rs. 28000-43450/-
