Com.) Associates to contribute towards nation-building at BHEL for the vacancy positions of Supervisor Trainee Vacancies in BHEL in various project sites and locations of BHEL across nation (Advertisement No. 01/2021):
- Supervisor Trainee (Finance): 40 vacancies (UR-25, EWS-02, OBC-10, SC-02, ST-01), Age: 27 years as 01/04/2021.
Qualification:
Full time regular Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) from recognized Indian University/ Institute. Besides the degree it should be with Minimum 70% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all years/ semesters (Minimum 60% marks for SC/ST candidates on similar lines.)
Pay Scale:
Candidates joining BHEL as Supervisor Trainee will undergo training for one year. During the training period, they will get basic pay of ₹32000/- on the scale of pay of ₹32000-100000/- will be paid. As a result of successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed as Supervisors on the scale of pay of ₹33500-120000/- with basic pay of ₹33500/-.
Application Fee :
Additionally fee of ₹300/- for UR/EWS/OBC (₹200/- for SC/ST/PWD) to be paid online or through payment challan at SBI only.
Selection Process :
Selection for SuperVisor Trainee Vacancies in BHEL 2021 will be done through a Computer Based Examination. Depending on the Examination Marks and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussions. This is in order to maintain the merit in the ratio of 1:5 to the number of vacancies in each category.
