The Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) of the Government of India has announced the opening of applications for 4374 vacancies in various positions through Direct Recruitment/Training Scheme. BARC is inviting online applications for the following positions:
Training Scheme Vacancies:
- Technical Officer/C: 181 vacancies
- Scientific Assistant/B: 7 vacancies
- Technician/B: 24 vacancies
Direct Recruitment Vacancies:
- Stipendiary Trainee Category I: 1216 vacancies
- Stipendiary Trainee Category II: 2946 vacancies
The age limit for the BARC Recruitment 2023 vacancies is as follows:
- Technical Officer: 18 to 35 years
- Scientific Assistant: 18 to 30 years
- Technician: 18 to 25 years
- Stipendiary Trainee Category I: 18 to 24 years
- Stipendiary Trainee Category II: 18 to 22 years
- Age Relaxation: 03 years for OBC, 05 years for SC/ST, Plus 10 years for PwBD.
Selected candidates will be offered the following pay scale/stipend:
- Technical Officer: Level 10, Entry Pay ₹ 56100/- per month
- Scientific Assistant: Level 6, Entry Pay ₹ 35400/- per month
- Technician: Level 3, Entry Pay ₹ 21700/- per month
- Stipendiary Trainee Category I: Stipend 1st year – ₹ 24000/- per month, 2nd year – ₹ 26000/- per month
- Stipendiary Trainee Category II: Stipend 1st year – ₹ 20000/- per month, 2nd year – ₹ 22000/- per month
- The selection process for the BARC Recruitment 2023 vacancies includes the following stages:
- Preliminary Test
- Advanced Test
- Skill Test
The application fee for the BARC Recruitment 2023 vacancies is as follows:
- Technical Officer: ₹ 500/-
- Scientific Assistant: ₹ 150/-
- Technician: ₹ 100/-
- Category-I Stipendiary Trainee: ₹ 150/-
- Category-II Stipendiary Trainee: ₹ 100/-
