Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) Ghaziabad, a premier Navaratna defense electronics company under the Ministry of Defense, is conducting a walk-in interview for 12 Management Industrial Trainees (MIT) in Finance for a period of one year. The selected candidates will be working with the finance department of BEL Ghaziabad.

Monthly Remuneration: The candidates will receive a monthly stipend as follows:
1st Year – ₹ 18,000/- per month 2nd Year – ₹ 19,000/- per month 3rd Year – ₹ 20,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for the position:
(1) Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
(2) Candidates should have passed ICWA Inter / CA Inter.
(3) Candidate’s upper age limit is a maximum of 25 years as on date 01.04.2023. (4) Relaxation of 5 years for SC & ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and 10 years for Persons with disabilities.
(5) Candidates who have acquired or pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.
(6) Candidates who do not possess ICWA Inter pass/ CA Inter pass certificate are not eligible.
Selection Process: The selection process will be based on the performance of the candidates in both their academics and the interview.
